Tracy & Eric March 14, 2015
Our wedding on March 14th, 2015 (ultimate pi day!) was a huge success and we owe a lot to Sue, Steph, and the rest of the gang at Crystal Ridge Community Center. Sue was like another mother for me and always available to answer questions or sort things out when I wasn’t sure. They were very accommodating with any requests that we had, including bringing tons of pie to be served for pi day! The food was AMAZING and everyone has been raving about the whole experience. Stephanie put everything together beautifully, she had everything that we asked for and then some extras that made the décor beautiful and the hall completely transformed. As I walked down the aisle I was blown away with how amazing it looked…people were looking at me and I was looking at the decorations! We will never forget this day, it was so wonderful and we are ecstatic that we chose this location!! There is no doubt in my mind that this is the perfect place for a wedding, beautiful in every aspect. Thanks again everyone, we loved our special day!

Natalie & Brent - September 27, 2014
Once upon a time there was a little girl named Natalie. All she ever dreamed of was her wedding one day and how wonderful it would be….
Now:: Flash forward to September 27th 2014 at the Crystal Ridge Community Center… And all of her dreams came true! J
From the food, to the flowers, to the decorations: everything was Perfect!
Sue, Stephanie, Wayne and the Chef’s really worked hard to make it a success. They really care about you: and it shows.
All the time, effort and support they provided each step of the way was simply remarkable.
My guests could not send enough compliments to the Chef’s for the amazing meal and the delicious cookies.
The decorations were amazing and the flowers were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen.
From Brent, Myself and both of our families: We would like to extend our appreciation to each of you.
Thank you for making our once in a lifetime wedding something truly Wonderful.
On July 7, 2012 I had proposed to the love of my life, Kristina. Shortly there after we had discussed putting our wedding together. We had looked at different venues all over Niagara and after meeting with Sue at Crystal Ridge Banquet hall, we knew it had to be the place. We chose to go with the all inclusive as our lives are really busy and it just seemed to be the right choice. Shortly after meeting with Sue, we got in touch with the hall contacts. Everything from Decorations and Flowers, to the Meal and and the DJ, it all fell into place. Everyone was extremely helpful in giving their professional opinion, and giving us all the options we had to choose from. We also decided to have the hall prepared for our ceremony in the chance that the weather did not work with us the day of our wedding, June 21, 2014.
When we arrived at the hall the day of our wedding, the ceremony was set up and it was breathtaking. With the help of Stephanie, the decorator and Wayne from Crescent Gardens, our ceremony was set up with black chair covers and red sashes and bows. The front of the ceremony was two pillars with beautiful flower arrangements on either side. Following our ceremony Stephanie and her team at Crystal ridge were only given an hour and a half to setup our reception.
After seeing our ceremony setup, expectations were high for the decor at the reception. It definitely met our expectations and more. The meal was absolutely delicious put on by Greg, and Allie, and the music was great from the DJ, Corey Mottley. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier.
We have to say that if you are planning your wedding, and want to make it affordable and packed full of memories, speak to Sue at Crystal Ridge Banquet Hall. Wedding days are always packed full of memories, however putting them together at Crystal Ridge, you will also have a great experience as well.
Big Thanks to everyone at Crystal Ridge Banquet Hall, for all the memories,
Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Kelly
